Privacy policy

This policy explains what data the Ulvo TV application (“the app”) and the website ulvotv.com (“the website”) process. Contact: [email protected].

1. Data stored on your TV

The app stores on your TV only: the playlist address you enter, your optional filter, favorites, recently watched items and playback positions. This data never leaves your TV and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

2. Connecting with your phone

When you use “Connect with phone”, the app requests a temporary code from our server. If you send a playlist from the website, the playlist address (and filter, if any) is stored on our server only until your TV collects it, for a maximum of 15 minutes, and is then permanently deleted. We do not link it to any person or account.

3. Playback

Channels and videos are played directly from the servers in your playlist. Ulvo TV does not see, store or relay that content. Those servers are run by third parties with their own policies.

4. Technical logs

Like any website, our server and our CDN provider (Cloudflare) may keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and abuse prevention. To limit abuse, we keep an anonymised hash of the IP address for up to one hour.

5. Cookies and advertising

The app does not use cookies or advertising identifiers. The website may show advertising from Google AdSense, which may use cookies; where required, you will be asked for consent first. More information: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

6. No accounts, no sale of data

Ulvo TV has no user accounts and does not sell or share personal data.

7. Your rights

You can contact us at any time at [email protected] to ask about, or request deletion of, any data related to you. Since we keep almost none, there is usually nothing to delete.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
